    Dos ante los tribunales por fraude de alimentación escolar por R6 millones

    Dos personas están en problemas después que presuntamente estafaron cerca de R6 millones del Departamento de Educación de Mpulamanga. El jueves, ambos se presentaron ante la Corte Regional de Nelspruit, por su presunta involucración en el plan ficticio de alimentación escolar. Los “Hawks” (Oficina de crimen organizado) dijeron que, en 2011, los acusados entregaron varias facturas falsas al Departamento de Educación por servicios que nunca fueron prestados. Un empleado del Departamento de Salud supuestamente contrató a dueños de varias compañías para que presentaran dichas facturas. El dinero supuestamente se depositó a las diferentes cuentas individuales y corporativas y posteriormente fue retirado y compartido entre el sindicato.
