This document presents the result of a survey undertaken by the National Anti-Corruption Coalition on the impact of anti-corruption activities in public service instititutions and local government councils in South West Region of Cameroon. The report captures the incidence of corruption based on the opinion of users of public services on indicators such as level of transparency, efficiency of service, incentives and sanctions. The survey, conducted in 6 divisions in the region, was undertaken to combat corruption and deepen the implementation of the Nationa Anti-Corruption Strategy.
