    Gracias a la introducción de un nuevo sistema de censo biométrico, las autoridades educativas descubrieron la presencia de 47,000 estudiantes ficticios en las universidades públicas y privadas de la capital de Conakry. Debido a esta información, el gobierno podrá equipar mejor sus universidades y su personal docente, asegurándose de que los fondos se dirigen donde más se necesitan. El Ministro de Educación Superior ha indicado que este proceso también puede preparar el camino para la introducción de un sistema automatizado de acceso a la universidad.
