    El IIPE, ha entrenado a más de 2,200 personas en el área de transparencia, rendición de cuentas y medidas de anticorrupción en la educación desde 2003. Del 4 al 6 de octubre 2018, el Instituto unió lazos de colaboración con la NEPC (Red de Centros de Políticas Educativas), en Tbilisi, para ofrecer un curso nuevo en este tema; dirigido a equipos de países de Azerbaiyán, Croacia, Estonia, Georgia, Moldavia, y Mongolia.
