    Se está lanzando una nueva campaña anticorrupción en Rumania dirigida a los estudiantes que les hacen regalos a sus profesores. Un grupo de acción cívica y el gobierno se han unido para elaborar y distribuir una guía en la que se les dice a los alumnos que darles a sus profesores regalos como flores o dinero es "un acto de corrupción enmascarado". Dicha guía empezará a distribuirse a partir del mes que viene entre los alumnos de institutos de educación secundaria de Bucarest.
