    Dans un sondage réalisé en Serbie par le syndicat des étudiants serbes, près d'un tiers des étudiants interrogés se sont dit prêts à payer des pots-de-vin si c'était le seul moyen de réussir un examen. Ils sont 69 % à déclarer qu'ils tricheraient aux examens s'ils étaient certains de ne pas se faire pincer, et 53 % à indiquer que tricher ne les gênerait pas. Sept étudiants sur dix reconnaissent l'existence de la corruption dans les procédures d'inscription et 79 % d'entre eux ont entendu parler de tricherie aux examens.
