    Des milliers de ressortissants britanniques ont acheté leurs titres après d’une usine à diplômes multimillionnaire du Pakistan, selon une enquête du programme ‘File on 4’ de la BBC Radio 4. Parmi les contrevenants, des consultants pour le NHS, des infirmiers et un important sous-traitant du ministère de la Défense. L’un d’eux a déboursé pratiquement 500 000 livres pour obtenir les précieux documents.
