    Des responsables de l’éducation de la province septentrionale du Balkh ont annoncé que les enseignants fantômes et les autres employés nommés à la faveur de fraude ou de tricherie ne bénéficieront plus de leur salaire et d’autres privilèges. Depuis l’introduction du système biométrique, 14 925 enseignants et employés ont pu être répertoriés. Dorénavant, les salaires seront versés une fois les procédures légales accomplies.
