    Zero Corruption Campaign (ZCC), une organisation de la société civile qui se concentre sur la promotion de l'intégrité, de la responsabilité et de la transparence dans le secteur public, a averti les autorités scolaires de Sierra Leone de cesser de réclamer le paiement de frais supplémentaires aux étudiants qui poursuivent leur cursus en 2022/2023. Le ZCC a déclaré que de telles pratiques équivalaient à de la corruption et à une tentative délibérée de saper la mise en place du programme « Enseignement scolaire gratuit et de qualité » (Free Quality School Education).
