    Tras siete meses de investigación, se ha descubierto que un buen número de universidades de Chile se encuentran operando de manera ilegal como negocios con fines lucrativos. Entre los descubrimientos realizados por este informe dirigido por un comité especial de investigación se encuentran los siguientes: ocho universidades violaron las leyes existentes que van en contra de la especulación, suben los sueldos de los ejecutivos, circulación de fondos entre empresas bajo una misma propiedad privada y que la externalización de servicios es un medio para generar ingresos.
