    El Ministerio de Educación ha declarado que está desbordado a causa del número de profesores que obtuvieron empleo haciendo uso de documentos falsos. El Dr. Yusuf Nsubuga, Director de Educación Básica, declaró ayer que un estudio sacó a la luz que todos los distritos en Uganda del este tienen varios casos de falsificaciones. Lo mismo se ha descubierto en las regiones centrales tras continuar con las investigaciones en otras partes del país.
