Un rapport de l’Institut Grattan a découvert que les rapports financiers des universités concernant les 26milliards de dollars dépensés chaque année étaient très « opaques », et a conclu : « l’Australie a besoin d’un système plus transparent pour contrôler comment les universités dépensent leur argent. »
