Au cours d'un atelier sur l'éducation organisé par le conseil municipal de Kigali , un militant de Power in Education-une organisation de la société civile locale- a révélé qu'une enquête récente avait indiqué que plus de 100 étudiants dans diverses écoles de la ville avaient utilisé des bulletins scolaires falsifiés pour obtenir leur admission.
