Towards more transparent financial management: scholarships and grants in Indonesia

This publication describes the Scholarships and Grants Program (SIGP), surveys their implementation, assesses their impact, and draws some conclusions and lessons learned. It explores how the design and implementation of SGP/SIGP has led to improvements in transparency, accountability and integrity in the maangement of educational resources, both in the short and long term.
