Action plan on Albanian anti corruption national strategy (Spring 2002)

This paper documents Albania's national anti-corruption strategy for 2002. Topics covered include: their achievements in this field for 2001; the national anti-corruption plan; strategies to monitor the implementation of the plan; top priorities, which ranges from public administration reform and administrative mechanisms to fight corruption, improvement of legislation and Rule of Law to the enhancement of public information and the promotion of an active civil society.
