    Funcionarios del Departamento de Educación del norte de la provincia de Balkh, anunciaron que los maestros fantasmas y otros empleados nombrados sobre la base del fraude y la falsificación, ya no recibirán pagos ni otros privilegios. Desde la introducción del sistema biométrico, se ha cubierto a 14,925 profesores y trabajadores, y a partir de ahora, los salarios se pagarán al completar procedimientos legales.
