    Se espera que oficiales de la Comisión Europea sostengan pláticas con representantes del gobierno en Bulgaria sobre la presunta mala administración de fondos operativos del Programa de Ciencias y Educación para el Crecimiento Inteligente del presupuesto de la Unión Europea.
