    Le coup d’envoi du deuxième sommet du mouvement pour l’éthique et la bonne gouvernance de l’université a été donné hier à l’Université de Jimma. Le responsable de la Commission fédérale pour l’éthique et contre la corruption a déclaré que les universités devaient produire tout autant des « diplômés éthiques », que des diplômés compétents. Il a ajouté que les projets majeurs de construction, les appels d’offre, les services de restauration, etc., devaient être basés sur la responsabilité et la transparence.
