    Deux individus se retrouvent dans une situation délicate, accusés d’avoir escroqué le ministère de l’Éducation de Mpumalanga de quelque 6 millions de rands. Ils ont comparu devant le tribunal régional de Nelspruit ce jeudi, pour leur participation présumée à un programme bidon de repas scolaires. Selon les Hawks, l’unité de police en charge de l’investigation auprès de la Direction des enquêtes criminelles prioritaires de l’Afrique du Sud (DPCI), les prévenus auraient présenté plusieurs fausses factures au ministère pour des prestations inexistantes. Un employé du ministère de la Santé sollicitait apparemment divers chefs d’entreprise pour établir ces factures, l’argent étant ensuite déposé sur des comptes professionnels et personnels avant d’être retiré puis partagé entre les membres du groupe.
