    Garante de l’éthique et de la lutte contre la corruption, la commission EACC a estimé que les enseignants devaient respecter le code de déontologie de leurs employeurs. « Le respect des normes d’éthique et d’intégrité édictées par ce texte n’est pas optionnel. C’est un devoir. Personne ne peut choisir les dispositions de la loi qui s’appliquent à son cas », a souligné le directeur l’EACC. Les enseignants ont rejeté les tentatives de leur employeur, la TSC (commission des enseignants), d’effectuer des audits sur leurs revenus et leurs biens quand ils sont en poste et au moment de leur départ.
