Transparent but not quite: How public are Russian universities regarding information about the pandemic

In April 2020, several independent investigators, journalists and experts launched the RAVEN project, monitoring corruption provoked by the coronavirus pandemic. It soon became clear that the uncertainty created by the pandemic, combined with lack of transparency, could lead to proportionate challenges.
