EOL grantee: Integrity Icon
This initiative, developed by Accountability Lab, allows users to nominate and vote for honest government officials, including teachers, who demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour in their work. By highlighting positive examples of behaviour, the website aims to incentivise good behaviour and discourage corruption. Typically, citizens nominate public officials who they believe have demonstrated exceptional integrity, and an independent body or organisation selects the winners based on these nominations. Integrity Icon often uses various forms of media, such as documentaries, social media campaigns and events, to showcase the stories and achievements of these individuals, with the aim of inspiring others to uphold similar standards of integrity in public service.

SchoolCues app
The SchoolCues app serves as a versatile tool for enhancing the efficiency and transparency of school operations. Its primary function is to streamline various administrative processes while minimizing the potential for corruption. The app is crafted to facilitate essential tasks, such as online admissions and enrolment, which significantly reduces the reliance on cumbersome paperwork and face-to-face interactions that may give rise to opportunities for bribery. One of its key features is the ability to handle online payments for various expenses, including tuition fees and miscellaneous charges. This functionality serves as an anti-corruption measure. By minimizing the need for cash transactions within the school ecosystem, the app effectively reduces the likelihood of illicit financial dealings and fosters greater accountability at every level.
