This initiative, developed by Accountability Lab, allows users to nominate and vote for honest government officials, including teachers, who demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour in their work. By highlighting positive examples of behaviour, the website aims to incentivise good behaviour and discourage corruption. Typically, citizens nominate public officials who they believe have demonstrated exceptional integrity, and an independent body or organisation selects the winners based on these nominations. Integrity Icon often uses various forms of media, such as documentaries, social media campaigns and events, to showcase the stories and achievements of these individuals, with the aim of inspiring others to uphold similar standards of integrity in public service.

The Education Data Portal was created to empower citizens by providing easy access to up-to-date data on education, and to strengthen the role of data in policy making. It was a crucial step towards reducing data gaps by providing a platform to deposit data collected by the government, civil society organisations, development partners, etc. in a reader-friendly manner. By consolidating a diverse range of education statistics into a centralised platform, the coalition aimed not just to present data, but to revolutionise the way stakeholders engage with data, catalyse informed action, and drive meaningful reforms.
