Integrity Watch Red Flags is a real-time tool that flags potential fraud and corruption risks in EU procurement. It helps navigate the vast number of procurement documents published on the EU’s e-procurement portal since 2020. Key features include: (1) nearly 40,000 EU-funded contracts across all Member States, (2) over 320,000 contracts funded by national budgets in several countries, (3) interactive maps and charts for filtering data by various criteria, (4) daily real-time data updates, and (5) 20 risk indicators based on a methodology developed with partners Transparency International Hungary, K-Monitor, and Petabyte. This tool is part of the Integrity Pacts project, which promotes transparency and accountability in public procurement. The platform shows data per 'Top Sectors', including 'Education and Training Services.'
