The Community scorecard survey report: improving primary education governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

This report covers the implementation of community scorecards in five districts of the Khyber Pakhtunkwa province in Pakistan. The project focused on gauging the community perception of the state of eduction services in these five districts.
The project used focus group discussions and community scorecards as research tools. The most common indicators raised by communities were:
Electricity (87%)
Toilets (84%)
Furniture (74%)
Monitoring (71%)
Class rooms (69%)
The research found differing perceptions between the community and provider groups in the monitored facilities.
