Citizens are demanding better. Last year, mobile penetration rose above 80% in Africa and an increasingly tech savvy citizenry are beginning to utilise this technology to hold their governments to account.

    Citizen's Report Cards (CRCs) are participatory surveys that gather user feedback on the quality and performance of public services, to empower citizens. Experts are convinced that  political parties can play a significant role in educating youth. Without a matching improvement in political discourse, the state of education in Pakistan cannot improve substantially.
