The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education has ended the first phase of establishing Student Integrity Clubs in Liberian Schools. The project is being sponsored by the UNDP under its STAOP Project. The first phase of the project targeted several high schools with the project expected to be extended to schools throughout the country. The initiative by the LACC and the Ministry of Education to establish Student Integrity Clubs is aimed at providing and sharing corruption information among students as future leaders of Liberia.

Every researcher in the Netherlands is to be questioned about whether they have committed research misconduct or engaged in “sloppy science” as part of a major national effort to bolster scientific standards. In response to rising concerns over a “reproducibility crisis” in science and a series of high-profile fraud cases in the Netherlands, the country is to commit 8 million euros ($9 million) to understanding the problem, finding solutions and trying to reproduce critical studies.

The acting Chairperson of the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) has called for increased budgetary allotment to the education sector to adequately prepare Liberian youths for future challenges. According to the Chairperson, the assessment report in the education sector indicates that lack of integrity on the part of students and teachers was "extremely high" due to the low budgetary allotment to the sector.
