    The entrance exam at Rangsit University has been canceled after students were caught using wireless spy cameras in eyeglasses to capture exam questions and receive responses through linked smartwatches. Similar devices like Cheating Watch can store PDF, Word, and other documents or Invisible Watch displays nothing but cheat notes become visible when viewed with special glasses. In an attempt to eliminate the problem of differentiating between watches during examinations, some Australian universities have implemented bans on all wristwatches.

    At least three students have been caught by Rangsit University staff in Bangkok overseeing an exam. As a result, the university has called for a change in the law to prosecute students who cheat and criminals who assist them. Officials say they are part of a group that charges students thousands of dollars for exam answers.

    DSI investigates World Peace "university"

    The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) has opened a probe of World Peace University, which seems to grant honorary degrees in exchange for money, a practice the "university" insists is ethical and legal. The DSI said it received a complaint that the operation of World Peace cheats the public, with awards of degrees without normal university merit.
