The Institute of Research and Action on Fraud and Plagiarism in Academia (IRAFPA*) has become a reference institution in the area of scientific integrity. This is due to the relevance of its operational methodology, its success as both a mediator and in providing individualised support, as well as its institutional certification programme.
A group of officials from Kosovo* participated in a study visit to learn from Switzerland’s experience in promoting integrity in higher education.
The Council for Higher Education Accreditation/International Quality Group (CHEA/CIQG) and the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hosted a two-day expert meeting to address quality assurance, accreditation and the role they play in combatting academic corruption.
