    Un rapport de la Fundación Grupo Civico Etica y Transparencia (EyT) met en évidence les résultats du projet de prévention de la corruption dans le système éducatif. Après avoir surveillé d'importants contrats de construction pour l'entretien d'écoles dans les zones rurales, EyT a mis au jour un grand nombre d'irrégularités dans le budget de contrats publics du ministère de l'Éducation. La fondation a recommandé au ministère de renforcer le contrôle qualité sur les matériaux et de réaliser régulièrement des audits internes.
