This course aimed at introducing participants to the methods of PETS; allowing them to practically implement a PETS through various exercises; and discussing how this methodology can be applied to the situation in the public sectors where they work. This report includes the various materials that were prepared and used for the course, in particular:  the outlines of the presentations by the faculty and the exercises.
