In South Sudan , corruption of taking bribe has become daily norm as most contract resulted in kickback of 10%-20% of the contract value , in 2011 there was contract of road construction to Bahr el Ghazal which has failed due to the fact that contractor refused to pay 20% to dealers in the government .
Now food delivery and other business are now constrained and many citizens are suffering because of enemy call corruption
