En su discurso durante un taller relacionado con la educación organizado por el Consejo de la Ciudad de Kigali, un activista de la educación de El Poder de la Educación, una sociedad civil local, reveló que un estudio reciente indicaba que más de 100 estudiantes de varias escuelas de la ciudad solían falsificar sus boletines de notas para conseguir ser admitidos.
