Monitoring

Monitoring requires regular and systematic collection of information from single institutions or the whole education system. Monitoring can detect corrupt activities and therefore helps to control corruption. Education institutions, governmental agencies or civil society watchdog organizations can, for example, be involved in the monitoring process.
