The article focuses on the implementation of the international standards and national regulatory frameworks to recognize the human right to education. It states the three principles to be considered for preventing corruption in education such as non-payment for primary education, non-discrimination, and equality of educational opportunities. It says that the national regulatory frameworks consist education acts, specific, and codes of conduct to improve the educational level.
