This report analyzes the level of corruption within the higher education system of Georgia. It uncovers the main reasons for the existence of corruption and the variables influencing it. The research recommends and discusses possible ways of eliminating corruption within the system, and generates a set of specific recommendations. International, national governmental and non-governmental documents are used in the report, as well as the results of 60 in-depth interviews with local experts, students and parents.
